Disney’s Frozen on Broadway

Michael was tasked with bringing Sven and Olaf, two of the most beloved Disney characters, to life on stage. He chose a very comedic approach for Olaf, but created a more mysterious and naturalistic depiction of Sven. While it was important to expose the human comic/puppeteer with Olaf, Sven was intentionally kept as a magnificent illusion—more animal than human.
