Children's Fountain—Columbia County Rotary

We are proud to live in the small community of Scappoose, Oregon. Having raised children here, Michael wanted to create an artistic gesture that could be not only viewed but enjoyed by people of all ages. MCD designed and created this sculptural tree that comes to life with water, light, and sound.
